Like other dolphin species, fish predominates in the diet of the white-dolphin dolphin. The menu also includes a small number of cephalopods and crustaceans.

Breeding dolphins
Judging by the sex of the embryos found inside the caught dolphins, females make up 47%, and males, respectively, 53% of the offspring. The breeding season of common dolphins is extended for 6 months, and lasts from May to November. Peak mating occurs in the summer season. Childbirth, called a puppy, occurs under water. In the mating season, fights between males are apparently not uncommon. This is evidenced by numerous bites on the body of males, and the absence thereof on the body of females.
